During 2020 and early 2021, I have been seeing parents virtually and offering a lot of parent coaching. The breadth of knowledge I have garnered over my many years of reading parenting books, and learning with a variety of parenting experts, has led me to develop an extensive repertoire of resources I now combine in my parent coaching. This does not lend itself to a classes format.

Additionally, because of my experience as a psychotherapist and addictions therapist, I am able to offer both therapy and parent coaching when that is what someone contacting me needs.
